The community association is led by a five person Board of Directors which protects and enhances MacDonald Highlands. Its duties include many responsibilities, such as maintenance of community assets and the operation of the community itself, creation of annual budgets and design review implementation and construction oversite.
RPMG, Inc. assists the HOA Board in its quarterly meetings. The Architectural Committee Review Committee assists homeowners in remodeling their homes. Any changes to existing homes must be approved by the Design Review Committee.
The Board prides itself on maintaining a tight financial ship. The HOA fee is still only $330 per month and has been the same for years.
